ADEX24 – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ADEX24 platform (“the Platform”), including listings, advertising, affiliate programs, sponsorship opportunities, and related services.
1.2 By registering as a Service Provider, Affiliate Sales Partner, or Event Owner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 ADEX24 acts primarily as a digital platform to connect advertisers, service providers, affiliates, and event organizers. ADEX24 is not a contracting party to any agreements between users and assumes no responsibility for the delivery, quality, or outcome of services, events, or sponsorships.
2. Definitions
- “Service Provider” means a company or individual offering event-related services or products via ADEX24.
- “Affiliate Sales Partner” means a registered partner who earns commissions by promoting and selling ADEX24 advertising packages and services.
- “Event Owner” means an organizer, promoter, or company listing an event or seeking sponsorship/advertising exposure via ADEX24.
- “User” means any visitor or registered account holder on the ADEX24 platform.
3. Service Providers
3.1 Service Providers may create listings to promote their services on the Platform under chosen subscription or package options.
3.2 Service Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and service delivery.
3.3 ADEX24 does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any Service Provider’s credentials or offerings.
3.4 All disputes between Service Providers and their clients must be resolved directly and without ADEX24 involvement.
4. Event Owners
4.1 Event Owners may list events, request sponsorship, and promote advertising opportunities through the Platform.
4.2 Event Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, and compliance with applicable laws and permits.
4.3 ADEX24 acts only as a facilitator for exposure and promotion and is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or sponsor obligations.
5. Affiliate Sales Partners
5.1 Affiliates may apply to join the ADEX24 Affiliate Program and, once approved, will receive a unique affiliate account and tracking tools.
5.2 Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales in line with the Affiliate Program terms published separately.
5.3 Affiliates must comply with all applicable marketing, consumer protection, and advertising laws.
5.4 ADEX24 reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy breaches.
6. Payments & Fees
6.1 Fees for listings, advertising, or subscriptions are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
6.2 Payments are processed securely through ADEX24’s chosen payment gateways.
6.3 Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1 ADEX24 complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
7.2 By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection and processing of personal data for account management, communication, and service provision.
7.3 Data shared between Service Providers, Event Owners, Affiliates, and clients is the responsibility of the respective parties. ADEX24 does not control or assume liability for how third parties use shared data.
8. Liability
8.1 ADEX24 is not responsible for the performance, delivery, or outcome of services offered by Service Providers or Event Owners.
8.2 ADEX24 does not guarantee the success of affiliate promotions, sponsorships, or advertising campaigns.
8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADEX24 excludes all liability for loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of the Platform.
9. General
9.1 ADEX24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform.
9.2 ADEX24 may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
